As wide as this animal's wingspan is I would suspect that it would live in mountainous terrain and feed on anything that it can see on the ground beneath it. This is in comparison to the Andean Condor, which inhabits South American mountains and will glide for more than 100 miles daily in search of carrion. It is one the heaviest land-based flying animals in the world. Take note that when hunting from the skies a bright or reflective underbelly would make the animal very difficult to see.
