Commission for my pal ~Xanthos-Samurai, of her cuuuuuute dog, Hank. 24"x18" charcoal drawing. Photo reference was used, because I've never met Hank in person.

Charcoal is so fun to work with, omg. I really missed making pictures like this.

I really hate working with charcoal (it gets ALL OVER ME), but that is a BEAUTIFULLY rendered picture. Oh my goodness. The fur is very, very lifelike. :)
