Not too long after being commissioned by *Nambroth to do this piece, I was fortunate enough to take a trip down to the Redwoods National Forest in Northern California. While hiking through the old growth forests I took reference photos of interesting plants and lighting that I wanted to include in this picture. I had fun working those small details in, even if you can't even see them.

~Eldarath keeps the rain off of *Nambroth's back. Both characters are © their owners. Art is © ~rah-bop.

"Enjoyed all the details"- are you crazy?! How can someone be so... so PATIENT to do details like that?! That's crazy! And I love it =) The colours are amazing and I love the forest... must have been beautiful!
